Careington WAS a good small company. Careington International was a good place to work - senior executives seen in-office, CEO knew many employee names, benefits, pay scale and holiday calendar quite generous. Then Careington began to grow more and more rapidly. And the culture started to change.

I pay it in full every year with auto-renew. It's about $80 a year but I got it initially because I had to have cavities fixed...it dropped the price from almost $400 per filling to $280 per filling. Still though, it was cheaper than getting insurance which wouldn't cover composite fillings (my dentist doesn't do metal ones) anyway.
