Use the console code slomo 10 (1 is default). Be aware it speeds everything up but given you’re in admin mode I doubt that matters. But the fastest way is to get like 3 Argys and have them follow while you ride the beaver/doed then unload your loot on them, full all 3 up and fly back to base.
