Just needs a carburetor adjustment! but the new pins on the carburetor defy any common tool, and a tool cannot be found on the internet as far as I know. Spent $75 at a dealer/repair shop (all they did was dump out the fuel and add new ethanol-free fuel/gas mixture. They couldn't find a tool either, so they couldn't adjust the carburetor).

You should also see some a red plastic piece also.
