Main thing u need to do is be using your Primary ability as often as possible and using meteors to recover energy so you can spam it more. Going full Primary is disgustingly powerful. You can watch the early-game of this run to get an idea of how to efficient. Pay close attention to my Primary and Secondary slills usage. Generally my preferred build with Li is focusing primarily on Spiritual Flame damage, with a secondary focus on applying Decay (corrosion) and Shock (lightning) with weapons for the various fusion effects. In particular, Combustion can massively increase the damage of Spiritual Flame, and Miasma is another extremely reliable damage dealer.

Both the Blazing Meteor and the Ultimate ascensions are fantastic, but you need to fully spec into one or the other. The best weapon for the fox is the Cloud Weaver because you can keep firing with it whilst you are casting your ult/meteors. It's a pretty good Injector for a Spores/Shotgun build too.
