Lump on top of rib cage.

Yesterday after my shower I noticed I have a lump, big then a quarter at the top of my rib cage. It is hard and sticks out a little. Maybe it has been there for a long time and I am noticing it now because of the weight lose. I feel great and have had no problems from my surgery. Has anyone else had this?
