The CX-5 AWD system seems to work better. Interior Feel- Again, not much to say, the CX-5 is much nicer inside in most respects, it just feels so much nicer, the Rav4 felt flimsy inside. Subaru was $8k cheaper for same features and is quite a bit better in the snow/mud. Also in today’s world where is is hard to find cars in stock, there seem to be way more foresters available. I have a 2018 RAV4 XLE, bought it new ($25K) At this point, it has 85K miles. So far: oil change (every 5K) a new set of tires, front brakes. ZERO issue. My kids are driving it now. Not the best in term of acceleration as compared to a 2019 RAV4 hybrid. I see it’ll easily last 200K plus miles, if my kids don’t wreck it.
