TRS Coral is an adults only section of a huge 1139 room family resort complex, while Secrets Playa Mujeres is a 424 room stand alone adults only resort. Secrets is 2 or 3 steps above TRS. My wife and I wanted to try Secrets Akumal because of the great reviews and all it has to offer. When I was checking prices for the trip I noticed Secrets Playa Mujeres would be $1100 cheaper.
