No change, after pairing/activating, still get the V58 message on all channels. Call and have TiVo activated, signing up for lifetime if preferred. It will take AT LEAST TWO HOURS for the system to even recognize another box (it may show up under your account, ignore those messages). Then, hook up TiVo mini to tv, start the guided set up. Signal is bad or card is. Most likely you have good downstream but bad upstream so the card can't stay paired. I had this happen plenty of times. Had to go through the guided setup until it repeated the problem. Replace the cable card as previously recommended, It'll help you out the most. May have 1 bad tuner, check all of them to make sure! After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.
